How we protect your account and data

Encryption on deposits

When you send money via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, your payment details travel through encrypted channels. We never store your full card or bank account number—only the payment method reference kingdom118 needs to process refunds.

Legal questions answered

If Indonesian regulations change, we'll notify you 30 days before adjusting your account access where required by law. You'll have time to withdraw your balance. We don't close accounts without notice. If access becomes restricted, we explain the reason and help you retrieve your funds safely.

You can request deletion of non-essential data—like browsing history and session logs—anytime via Settings > Legal & Privacy. Core account data (name, ID, withdrawal records) must be kept for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. We honour deletion requests within 14 days where law permits.

We keep all deposit and withdrawal records for 3 years to resolve disputes. If you challenge a transaction, we investigate within 7 days and provide evidence to your payment provider (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS). Older records are archived and available on request for legal purposes.

You can close your account anytime from Settings > Account Management. We process closure requests within 24 hours. If you have funds, we release them to your registered payment method. Account records stay on file for 7 years for compliance; you can request data deletion separately.

Only you and our compliance, support and security teams can view your account data. We never share your details with game studios, advertisers or external services. Payment providers (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) see only the transaction details needed to complete your deposit or withdrawal.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with our payment processors to complete transactions, and with law enforcement where local law requires it. You control whether we use your email for newsletters—opt out anytime in Settings > Communications.

Your first withdrawal triggers identity verification: upload a photo of your ID and proof of address. We review this within 2–4 hours. Once verified, future withdrawals are instant to your registered DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account. Verification keeps your account and funds secure from fraud.
